Return Policy

Book bundles purchased from www.lajjadiaries.in which are requested for return within 15 days of dispatch are eligible for full refund, deducting the freight charges as applicable. The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or exchange the books that have been purchased. Our customer can only receive the refund. Customer only return items that have been received. They are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.

Refund Policy

Books that are purchased online from www.lajjadiaries.in can be refunded subject to certain conditions. www.lajjadiaries.in will penalize the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon the fulfillment of the order. The books that have been purchased from our showroom, 12/1A, First Floor, Bankim Chatterjee St, Kolkata, West Bengal 700073 cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. A request for return has to be submitted within 15 days of dispatch of the items.

Cancellation of order

www.lajjadiaries.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.niyogibooksindia.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order that does not comply with the niyogibooksindia.com policy or for any other reason. However, www.niyogibooksindia.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL www.lajjadiaries.in BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF NIYOGI BOOKS HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE
